Matcha Green Tea Latte

By  |

I love a good latte and I especially love a Matcha Green Tea Latte.

I’ve found a really good Matcha Green Tea Powder to make my latte and that’s the Clearspring Japanese Organic.

If you’ve never heard of this, then this brand of Matcha is a finely milled green tea powder made from the highest quality shade grown Japanese tea leaves.

Traditionally used as part of the tea ceremony and by Buddhist monks prior to their long days of meditation.

Clearspring Organic Matcha is grown in the Uji region of Kyoto, renowned for the best green tea in Japan.

The finest, smallest leaves at the top of the tea bush are picked, dried and ground in stone mortars for many hours.

The flavour is intensely rich and uniquely smooth.

When you mix that with half a tablespoon of the beautiful Lucy Bee raw coconut oil then you know you’re going to get something super delicious.

This special extra virgin organic raw coconut oil is gluten and lactose free, no preservatives or additives and just makes everything taste fabulous.

This recipe is for one person and I think once you’ve had the one you’ll be hooked just like me!
