Hangover Cure Recipe

Hangover cure Recipe?! Not for me, it’s very rare that I drink any alcohol nowadays.

I may have a glass of the bubbles occasionally but as I’ve got older I just can’t handle it anymore and nor can my skin.

Hangovers are a thing of the past for me, but I’ve passed this little jar of goodness onto countless people who need a bit of rehydration after a few too many.

I have to say, it’s worked!

Strawberries, orange and kiwi fruits mixed together in a good glug of mineral or filtered water for a power packed hit of vitamin C.

This infused water will get their liver cells regenerating and they’ll start to feel in the land of the living in no time.

Water infused with fruit, vegetables and herbs are known for their health benefits and it’s a brilliant alternative to soft drinks and fruit juices.

Some of the nutrients seep out of the ingredients into the water, so the more you include the better the outcome.

Having the water cold is known to flush out your digestive system.

When you add these juicy fruits, rich in vitamin C, will all help to put the glow back in your cheeks and keep your skin looking clear.

Say goodbye to the fruit squash and juices and hit the infused water!
