1. You can use the device every day or once a week.
2. It can be used in between pedicure appointments at your favourite salon.
3. I place my feet onto a dry towel before I start.
4. Place the roller on your dry/hard skin and switch the machine on.
5. Run the spinning roller over the area you want to treat.
6. If you press too hard the machine will automatically switch off.
