Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Although I would say I have a fairly balanced diet, I’ve been using Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend for around three months now.
My only downfall is that I don’t eat a lot of fish, so I’ve been missing out on my Omegas.
That’s where this oil blend has been working wonders for me! My hair and nails have grown like there is no tomorrow!
Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
- With a 2:1:1 ratio of Omega 3.6.9 this is my ideal balance of oils.
- A perfected blend of flax, sesame and sunflower seed oils as well as oils from evening primrose (great for my hormone regulation) rice germ, oat germ and coconut the Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend is nutritionally superior.
- Fish free, gluten free, organic and vegetarian this oil blend will tick many boxes lovely people.
I have 4 dessertspoons of this oil spread throughout the day, but I don’t cook with it because that takes away the goodness.
You also have to keep the bottle in the fridge to keep the oil fresh and once opened, the oil has to be consumed within 8 weeks.
Mixed with pasta, stirred into porridge, drizzled over steamed or roasted veggies, blended into a favourite smoothie.
But my favourite way to take my oil is to make this Apple, Cinnamon and Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl.
It’s so easy to make, tastes delicious and fills my tummy until lunch time.
This recipe serves 1 person.
Ingredients
- 240ml almond milk
- 1 apple, peeled and deseeded
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Your choice of toppings (I’ve used blueberries, mango and cacao nibs)
Method
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender except the chia seeds.
- Stir in the chia seeds and continue stirring rapidly for two minutes so that the chia seeds don’t clump together as they begin to form a gel.
- Leave to set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
- Drizzle over a tablespoon of Udos Choice Ultimate Oil Blend.
- Top with your choice of toppings.
