How to stop sugar cravings!

Well, this berry smoothie has to be one of my favourite smoothies to help me curb mine.

Made with a mountain of the good stuff, I have no guilty moments drinking this little beauty.

Full of vitamins, good fats, omegas and antioxidants, you are what you eat and this smoothie is pure goodness in a glass.

By now, if you’re following Crystal and Vanilla you will know I like my straws!

If I can make a drink and add a straw then you know it’s going to happen!

And if there’s a straw then you know my little milk bottles are going to make an appearance too!

I’m sure as a duo, they make my smoothies taste even better than they do!

Now the ingredients make a couple of smoothies using the glass bottles, but if you want to use a glass then go ahead.

You will need some sort of blender for this recipe, I’ve used my Vitamix.

This is so simple guys, just blitz away!

How To Stop Sugar Cravings

  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½ an avocado
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 2 tsps of flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Method

  • Pop the blueberries and strawberries into the blender first.
  • Add the coconut milk.
  • Follow with the avocado and goji berries.
  • Add the cacao, flaxseeds and chia seeds.
  • Blend until the mixture is really smooth and creamy.
  • If it’s too thick then add a little more coconut milk and blend for a few seconds.
  • Pour into your little milk bottles or a glass if you’d prefer.
  • Then if you’re using, add your straw!
