Tarte Total Lip Service Review

Tarte Total Lip Service is a collection of beautiful good for your skin lip care products.

In previous articles I’ve mentioned that I love Tarte cosmetics because they are kind to sensitive skin and formulated without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, triclosan and sodium lauryl sulfate.

Today I’m reviewing the Tarte Total Lip Service in the shade Berry and this set of three products is also formulated without the above.

  • Amazonian Clay Lip Liner
  • Lipsurgence Lip Crème
  • Lipsurgence Lip Gloss

I’ve included a colour swatch of all three products for you to see the shades on my porcelain skin.

Left to right; lip liner, lip crème, lip gloss.

I start off by lining my lips gently, starting at the corners of my mouth, and tracing upwards towards my bow.

Then I trace a light line along my bottom lip, shading at the corners for a perfect contour.

The pencil hasn’t a hard tip; it’s as soft as butter.

I apply the Lip Crème in the same way as I would a lipstick, if you need to advance the tip then just twist at the base of the product, you don’t need to sharpen!

The softer you apply this the lighter the shade will appear on your lips, it’s up to you, go light or go bold!

Then finish off with a swipe of the gloss for that drenched in moisture look!

You can of course just use the Lip Crème without the gloss if you want more of a daytime look.

I love the Tarte Total Lip Service because they are high performance naturals and they don’t leave a mark on my teacup!

Sold as a set of three, they work perfectly alongside each other; the hard work of colour matching has been done for you!

Lips have been Tarte serviced!

There are a number of combinations that you can use these products so I would highly recommend this Tarte kit, I bought mine from QVC UK.
