Viridian Cherry Night

Over the last few weeks I’ve been having trouble getting off to sleep, so a friend recommended I try Viridian Cherry Night. For me, busy at work, busy with blog, busy at home…… the list of busy is endless for me, so I knew what my problems were.

I’m not medically trained, so if you are having major sleepless nights then please see your Doctor if you don’t know what’s causing it.

I had tried everything to help myself to nod off; making sure my bedroom was cool enough, a not too heavy duvet, blackout curtains, a cool feeling pillow, a meditation app, no mobile phone before bedtime and writing a list of things to do the following day the night before.

  • All you need to do is stir one teaspoon of the powder into juice or water daily half an hour before bedtime.
  • To be honest I had to take mine in juice, for me the taste wasn’t that great in just water.
  • I had this vision that it would taste of delicious cherries, but I fear not!

Did It Work For Me?

  • It took three nights before I saw a positive difference in my sleep patterns.
  • After about a week I was used to the taste, then it became an enjoyable night time ritual and I was starting to get around six hours of solid sleep.
  • Two weeks in and I was sleeping like a baby!

Would I Recommend Viridian Cherry Night?

  • If you have major problems sleeping then you must see your Doctor to make sure there isn’t an underlying problem. But like me, if you know what’s causing your irregular sleep patterns then I would say yes give it a go.
  • I am definitely sleeping better, I look forward to bedtime now, and its sweet dreams for me!
