How To Use The Ying Yu Rose Quartz Roller

1. Lymphatic drainage massage – Use the larger end for the face, work outwards towards the hairline where the lymph nodes are. Start on the forehead and repeat six times for each stroke. For the eyes, use the small end, work from the inner corner using slight pressure and roll towards the outer corner (temple) I find this action helps with my migraine pain relief.
2. Facial tension massage – Do this on a different day to the lymphatic drainage. Work with firm pressure in backwards and forwards motions along the jaw, up and down the cheeks and across the forehead. Concentrate on muscles around the jaw and cheeks, this boosts the blood flow and gives the face a ‘lifted’ look.
